Casino Guru Academy Surpasses 5,000 Users

Casino Guru Academy has officially exceeded 5,000 registered users, reflecting a rising demand for accessible and practical education for iGaming professionals.

As the educational branch of Casino Guru, the world’s leading platform for online casino information and player advocacy, the Academy provides free courses designed to elevate industry standards. Its programs focus on practical skills essential for roles in customer support, anti-money laundering, affiliate management, safer gambling and more.

“The milestone of 5,000 users is a testament to the value of our courses,” said Šimon Vincze, Sustainable & Safer Gambling Lead and the driving force behind Casino Guru Academy. “The fact that companies are using our programs for onboarding shows a real appetite for structured learning and reinforces the impact we aim to create.”

The achievement follows the Academy’s debut at SiGMA Malta in September 2025, where the team presented its mission to a wider audience, forging direct connections with industry professionals and exceeding expectations.

In addition to the growing user base, the Academy has launched an upgraded website to improve course navigation, accessibility and overall user experience. The redesign also lays the foundation for future course expansions and educational initiatives.

Among upcoming additions is a specialized course addressing responses to self-harm and suicide threats, targeted at customer support and responsible gambling staff. The program is designed to equip professionals with the skills to identify players in distress, respond effectively and take appropriate action.

With the 5,000-user milestone reached, a refreshed website and new courses on the horizon, Casino Guru Academy continues to strengthen its role as a vital educational resource for the global iGaming community.
