Fast Track Spark São Paulo 26 Set for March

Fast Track will host Fast Track Spark: São Paulo 26, a two-day retention-focused training event, on 18–19 March 2026 at the Rosewood São Paulo. The initiative marks the launch of a new global series dedicated to practical CRM education tailored for iGaming operators.

The agenda blends keynote sessions, live demos, roundtable discussions and interactive workshops, all presented in Portuguese. The first day explores retention foundations, mapping the player journey from registration through VIP stages, as well as bonus strategy development.

On day two, the focus shifts to data-led decision making, campaign planning around the World Cup, gamification techniques and applications of Fast Track AI. Participants who complete the programme will receive official certification.

Muriel Le Senechal, Regional Commercial Manager, LatAm at Fast Track, highlighted Brazil’s rapid market growth, noting that operators require actionable tools and frameworks rather than purely theoretical insights.

Guest contributors include Beatriz Melges, Director Brazil at BetConstruct; Fernando Paz, CEO of Soho Sports and Ricardo Bianco, CEO of BRMKT and Co-CEO of BandBet.

Proceedings on day one run from 12:00 to 19:00, followed by networking cocktails. Day two is scheduled from 09:00 to 18:00, concluding with a certification ceremony.
