SBC Awards 2025: Complete Winners List from Lisbon Event
EveryMatrix, Kaizen Gaming, Optimove and Sportradar were among the major winners at the SBC Awards 2025, hosted at the MEO Arena in Lisbon.
The ceremony, held on Thursday, 18 September, coincided with the closing day of the SBC Summit. Now in its 12th edition, the awards highlighted the achievements of operators, suppliers and industry leaders across areas such as payments, marketing and platform innovation.
The evening was led by former Dutch international goalkeeper Edwin Van Der Sar, who presented a total of 37 awards in front of an audience of around 1,200 industry representatives.
It was a strong showing for Kaizen Gaming, which defended its Operator of the Year – Large title while also claiming Sportsbook Operator of the Year. 8888.bg was awarded Operator of the Year – Small, while Vegas Legends took the honour for the Medium category.
Other operator awards went to Betsson Group, named Casino Operator of the Year and 1xBet, which secured Marketing Campaign of the Year. Novibet was recognised for its forward-thinking approach, winning the Innovation in Casino & Gaming Entertainment award.
In the Rising Star categories, BetMGM Europe was celebrated as Rising Star in Casino, while Boomerang earned the title of Rising Star in Sports Betting.
The payments and compliance section saw Nuvei replace last year’s winner Pay4Fun as Payment Solution of the Year. GeoComply was honoured with Fraud & Compliance Solution of the Year and Payhound received Payment Innovation of the Year.
Highlighting leadership and workplace culture, SOFTSWISS once again took home Employer of the Year, while the Leader of the Year award was jointly presented to Natalia Nogues (Control F5) and Vigen Badalyan (BetConstruct).
In the supplier categories, BetConstruct gained recognition as White Label Supplier of the Year. EveryMatrix held onto its Multi-Channel Supplier of the Year title and also won the Socially Responsible Initiative of the Year.
Sportradar secured two victories with Sports Data Product and Land-Based Betting & Gaming Product, while Optimove collected awards for Marketing & Services Provider of the Year and Acquisition & Retention Partner of the Year.
On the casino development side, Pragmatic Play was honoured as Slots Developer of the Year – Large, while BGaming and Kendoo received recognition in the Medium and Small categories, respectively.

The event closed the SBC Summit, which welcomed 30,000 industry professionals to the Feira Internacional de Lisboa from 16–18 September.
