BPX Group Achieves EBAC Responsible Gaming Certification

The BPX Group, operator of Vaidebet, Obabet and Betpix, has earned the Social and Corporate Responsibility Certification Seal from Brazil’s EBAC. This achievement makes BPX the fourth company to receive this recognition, highlighting its steadfast commitment to responsible betting practices in Brazil.

BPX attributed the certification to structured internal programs, including extensive training for customer support teams focused on awareness and responsible gaming across all operations.

COMPULSAFE Program: Supporting Player Welfare
The seal is linked to EBAC’s COMPULSAFE initiative, established last year to assist players prone to problematic gaming. The program provides guidance, observation and psychoeducational support rather than punitive measures, emphasizing prevention and care.

COMPULSAFE also serves as a certification system ensuring operators comply with Brazil’s Ordinance No. 1,231/2024 from the Ministry of Finance’s Secretariat of Prizes and Betting (SPA). This framework guarantees that certified companies, like BPX, adhere to national responsible gaming standards.
