Wynn Resorts Launches Wynn Oasis Staff Village

Wynn Resorts has introduced Wynn Oasis, a dedicated residential community for staff near its upcoming Wynn Al Marjan Island resort in the UAE. The 26-acre complex, featuring 15 tower-style residential blocks, will accommodate more than 7,000 team members around 80% of the resort’s workforce and is set to open this summer, ahead of the resort’s 2027 debut. Located just 15 minutes from the future resort, Wynn Oasis offers a full suite of amenities, including fitness facilities, entertainment spaces, social hubs and wellness options such as two swimming pools, a sports arena, cinema, karaoke room and an e-sports lounge. Retail options include groceries, banking, medical clinic, pharmacy, tailoring and personal grooming, complemented by four grab-and-go dining outlets, a buffet and a 24-hour sports lounge. Outdoor areas will host live performances, cultural events, movie nights and nature walks.

Comprehensive Amenities Promote Community
Wynn Oasis is designed to combine work, leisure and wellness for staff, fostering connection and relaxation. The Pearl serves as the social center, helping employees settle into life in Ras Al Khaimah. Pools offer refreshment, the sports arena and entertainment spaces provide recreation, while retail outlets and clinics ensure day-to-day needs are covered. Dining options range from quick bites to full-service meals, and outdoor venues host events that encourage team bonding. Shuttle services link the village to the resort, local malls, beaches and city attractions in under 15 minutes.

Wynn University Supports Career Growth
At the heart of Oasis, Wynn University provides on-site training and career development facilities. Culinary labs, F&B training kitchens, digital classrooms and learning spaces equip staff for professional growth. President Max Tappeiner emphasizes that well-supported employees deliver superior guest experiences, with Oasis serving as a model of staff investment. Residences include private bathrooms, kitchens, safes, pantries, laundry facilities, internet access, linens, smart TVs and welcome kits, with weekly bedding service. The Beach House accommodates families with concierge support.

Timeline Prepares Workforce for Resort Opening
Scheduled to open in summer 2026, Wynn Oasis allows staff to acclimate before Wynn Al Marjan Island’s 2027 launch. The village exemplifies high-standard employer-provided housing and enhances retention in the UAE’s competitive hospitality market. Tappeiner highlights that prioritizing employee wellness and development ensures peak performance, with Oasis blending living, working and recreational spaces in a unified, luxury-inspired design. The initiative positions Wynn Resorts to establish a strong foothold in the Middle East while ensuring teams are fully prepared from day one.
