China Ecotourism Secures Zhejiang Lottery Terminal Deal
China Ecotourism Group has reinforced its presence in the regulated lottery sector following a significant new contract awarded to its subsidiary, Guangzhou Lottnal Terminal Company, by the Zhejiang Provincial Sports Lottery Management Centre. This marks Lottnal’s second provincial win this year, reflecting the company’s growing influence across China’s sports lottery ecosystem.
Major Terminal Supply Deal in Zhejiang
Guangzhou Lottnal will deploy roughly 2,500 traditional lottery terminals across two projects after securing the contract through a competitive bid process in July. These terminals form a key part of the province’s retail lottery distribution network, providing the physical interface for customers participating in state-authorized sports lottery games. The rollout is expected to improve operational efficiency and expand access to lottery services throughout Zhejiang.
Follow-Up Warranty and Service Contract
Earlier this year, Lottnal also won an extended warranty and maintenance project covering the province’s existing terminals. The contract strengthens the company’s role as a long-term service partner, combining equipment supply with technical support, which enhances the overall reliability of Zhejiang’s lottery infrastructure.
Growing Sports Lottery Market
China Ecotourism highlighted the maturation of the country’s sports lottery sector, now integrated into national fitness initiatives, grassroots sports programs and cultural-tourism events. Improved standardization, regulatory oversight and operational norms have fueled continued revenue growth, supporting both the market and the company’s strategic outlook.
Strategic Vision and Expansion Plans
The group plans to explore new opportunities across all lottery value chain segments, aiming to maintain its industry-leading position through a combination of product innovation and high-quality service delivery. By linking new terminal deployments with ongoing service projects, China Ecotourism is building recurring revenue streams and deeper collaboration with provincial lottery authorities, including Zhejiang’s management centre.
Supporting Public Welfare
All lottery proceeds in China are designated for public welfare programs. Initiatives like the Zhejiang terminal rollout not only enhance operational efficiency but also contribute to government-backed projects that channel funds toward social causes, illustrating the dual commercial and societal impact of the lottery system.
