Vegangster Teams with Cevro AI for 24/7 Player Support
Vegangster has announced a partnership with Cevro AI to integrate the provider’s advanced AI agents into its platform, aiming to scale personalised player support across its operator network.
The collaboration will enable 24/7 AI-driven assistance for onboarding, account management, payments, bonuses and responsible gaming. Operators using Vegangster’s ecosystem will be able to provide continuous support without increasing staff requirements.
Michael Oziransky, Chief Product Officer at Vegangster, said the partnership equips clients with “efficient, round-the-clock, personalised service,” enhancing operator capabilities while maintaining scalability.
Cevro AI’s Chief Product Officer, Chaim Heber, highlighted the deal as a demonstration of both companies’ dedication to driving innovation in iGaming.
Oziransky emphasised that AI is more than a promotional tool. “We are rethinking workflows with large language models to handle unstructured data efficiently and optimise processes previously done manually. AI allows operators to deliver smarter, integrated support,” he said.
While automation is a key focus, Oziransky noted that certain services, such as VIP support, still rely on human interaction to maintain a personalised connection with players.
